Tush Nikollaj - Founder & Chairman of the Board
A native of Kosova, the former Republic of Yugoslavia, Mr. Nikollaj came to the U.S. at the age of 8. Raised in the New York, he studied Biology and Chemistry at Syracuse University. Upon graduation moved to Albany and in 1994 recognizing the potential of the Internet he started Logical Net. Since that time the company has grown to be a leading technology solution provider and has twice been recognized as one of Fortune Magazines fastest growing companies. Mr. Nikollaj is an entrepreneur with many varied interests in the technology sector.
Dr. Roland Schmitt - Director
Dr. Roland Schmitt is President Emeritus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Senior Vice President (retired), Science & Technology, General Electric, where he worked for more than 37 years. In the 1980s, he was also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the New York State Office of Science, Technology and Academic Research. Mr Schmitt is very active in the business community and works with a number of leading technology companies.
Mike Marvin - Director
Mike Marvin is the Chairman Emeritus, a founder and former CEO of MapInfo Corporation, a publicly traded technology company originating in the Albany NY area, now based in the Rensselaer Technology Park. He is also a founding partner of Exponential Business Development Company, as well as the founding chairman of the Tech Valley Software Alliance. Mr. Marvin is very active in the Capital Region business community where he serves on a number of boards.
Steven N. Fischer - Director
Mr. Fischer, Recently retired as Chairman of MTI where he served as a Director since September 12, 2003. Mr. Fischer was President and Chief Executive Officer of Urbach Kahn & Werlin Advisors, Inc., Albany's largest ceritified public accounting firm from 1985 until December 31, 2001. He later served as Chairman of UHY Advisors NY, Inc. the successor company until July 2004. He is also a former member of the board of directors of Centerprise, which is ranked he 16 largest professional services firms in the United States as well as the former Chairman of Urbach Kahn & Werlin LLP, Certified Public Accountants. He went on to found Urbach Hacker Young International, where he also served as Chairman. He is a much sought after consultant and advisor to numerous public companies.
Mark Heller
Mr. Heller is a retired Managing Partner of the firm Nolan & Heller, LLP, specializing in corporate law. He graduated from Hamilton College and received his law degree from Harvard University. He has served on the Board of several organizations including Albany New York's Saint Anne Institute, Historic Albany Foundation, the College of St. Rose, Memorial Hospital and the New York State Dormitory Authority.
